Service & Support
Installation
We will install the required server components for you and plug them together. We'll install the databases tables and configure secure remote access (for us to support you more easily). The only thing we'll ask you to arrange is your Broadband connection (with a Static IP Address please). Depending on your Case software package choice, we'll install and customise your website components and Branch offices and hook up the replication/synchronisation features. Lastly, we'll make sure you're happy before we leave.
Customisation
We can customise our standard website templates to your requirements. Most features are switchable and can be modified.
Support
We'll support you to the full whether it's simple user query or major technical breakdown - we'll ensure you're up and running as quickly as possible. Of course, if you are hosting your site with us, we can help a lot more than if we need to contact third parties to get things done.
